General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply between Bmbiz Ultratrips SRL (hereafter referred to as “UltraViolet”) and anyone entering into an Agreement with UltraViolet (hereafter referred to as “the Guest”) through the website (hereafter referred to as “the Website”).

By purchasing a tour, a trip, a travel service, or a combination of these (hereafter referred to as “Services”), the customer accepts these terms and conditions that constitute the Agreement (hereafter referred to as “the Agreement”).

UltraViolet, legally named S.C. BMBIZ ULTRATRIPS S.R.L., is registered in Romania under the company number J29/1333/2019, having the registered legal address at Apartment 66, Building 150B, Bahluiului Str., no. 14, 100254 Ploiești, Romania. VAT no. 40830160. Tel: +40 726 473 244.

The Agreement

UltraViolet is responsible for the performance of the services under the Agreement. This responsibility does not apply to complementary services that are to be performed by other parties than UltraViolet.

As the organizer, UltraViolet is responsible for ensuring that:

  • the Guest receives a written confirmation of their booking, as well as other necessary documentation;
  • information is provided regarding how the payment is to be made and that the Guest is informed of any other issues of significance to the Arrangement; and
  • the Services are consistent with the description supplied in the written confirmation.

Standard tours


A Service is considered reserved/booked after the payment is made and the Guest receives the confirmation email.  All the details of the reservation as well as any additional agreements shall only be valid in writing.


The Guest will make a reservation by completing the payment process.
Payment methods:

  • online, with a credit/debit card
  • bank transfer, upon request, if the Guest is unable to make a card payment.

All online payment transactions are handled by an external payment processor, using a 3-D secure method. The transactions are PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Security Standard) compliant. Both the payment processor platform and UltraViolet Website have an SSL certificate.

The following methods of payment are accepted: Visa and MasterCard (including MasterCard and any other corporate card).

No extra fees apply to the Customer.


The Guest can replace the participants of the group reservation up to 24 hours prior to the Service start time.

UltraViolet does not guarantee the acceptance of any other modification. The Guest can ask for any modification which may or may not be accepted. UltraViolet is committed to doing the best to fulfill the request.

Due to unexpected events, UltraViolet can make modifications to a reservation. The Guest will be informed by email, using as well additional means of communication.


The Guest can cancel a booking by email to UltraViolet (Contact). The cancellation can be considered accepted after a cancelation confirmation email is received by the Guest.

All other means of communication can be used in the process, but they will not be considered official.

  • For cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the service start time, UltraViolet will retain 100% of the value of the reservation.
  • For cancellations made no later than 48 hours prior to service start time, the entire value will be refunded.
  • For cancellations caused by a canceled flight/other forms of transportation or any additional restrictions/limitation due to COVID-19, the entire value will be refunded.

UltraViolet can cancel a booking by email to the Guest. We will endeavor to inform the Guest by using all the contact means provided, in addition to the official email. 

UltraViolet will provide the Guest with the best alternatives for the canceled services which the guest is entitled to accept or refuse. In case of acceptance, a new booking will be confirmed via email. In case of refusal, the Guest will be fully refunded.

Private tours and other travel Services

A private tour or a travel service inquiry can be made using the contact means provided. UltraViolet will send the Guest a personalized proposal that will include the details of the services provided, the agreement terms and conditions, and the payment options.
A private tour or a private service will be subject to the agreed terms provided by UltraViolet as part of the personalized proposal.


The Guest should address any complaints to UltraViolet.

If the Guest and UltraViolet are unable to reach a negotiated settlement, they may turn to the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection, as well as to the European Commission’s online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, in order to attempt to resolve the dispute.

Personal data

Personal data required for purchases or inquiries, such as name, phone number, or e-mail address, will only be used for the abovementioned purposes and will not be disclosed to third parties.

The payment transaction sensitive data are not retained nor transferred, the transaction is secure.

Our Privacy Policy sets out the terms on which we process your personal data and our use of cookies. By using our website, you accept the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy and consent to our use of your personal data as described.

Final provisions

UltraViolet reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, at any time at its sole discretion, by posting a change notice to this page. 

UltraViolet reserves the right to make changes or corrections, alter, suspend, or discontinue any aspects of the website, the content or the services provided, without prior notice, without any liability to the customers. However, any such amendment or withdrawal will not affect orders already placed and we will honor any existing bookings or provide a refund in the event of unavoidable cancellations.
